Stayed there for 3 nights, thoroughly enjoyed it. Rooms were reasonably large and quiet with windows to watch the world outside from, we could use central heating, multi-channel TV, and a microwave.
Nothing bad to say!

Loved being able to walk to all the major attractions like the Royal Scottish Museum and the National Gallery. The apartment had a TV and double-glazed windows, because who wants to hear the noise of the city? And free WiFi, because let's be honest, life is better with WiFi.
Oh, how I adored having to pre-pay for my stay and pay for public parking by the hour. Absolutely delightful.

Favourable location, close to some of the must sees in Edinburgh, like a historic fortress, based next to the place. Right at the heart of the city.

The value for money was excellent and the room had all the facilities we needed, including a full kitchen and washer. The location was unbeatable, right in the center of town with easy access to tours and attractions. The staff greeted us promptly and provided a tour of the charming historic building.
The food for breakfast could have been better.

Our family of six, including our four lively children, had a fantastic stay at this conveniently located apartment. With breathtaking views of the Royal Mile from the living room, we were able to immerse ourselves in the vibrant atmosphere of Edinburgh. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the recently redone bathroom provided plenty of hot water and great water pressure. We couldn't have asked for a better base to explore the city with our little ones.
For dads, it would be great to have a small play area for the kids within the apartment complex.

Great location, lovely front room with windows for great views. Nice coal effect gas fire for winter nights. Plenty of space, very clean, comfortable bed. Extras provided by management company such as coffee, tea, laundry soap, and more.
Felt so much at home, no reason to complain.

I had an amazing stay at a charming apartment in the heart of the Mile! The location was unbeatable, with easy access to Edinburgh Castle, shops, restaurants, and Holyrood Castle. The historic building had high ceilings with beautiful moldings, and the gas fireplace added a cozy touch. The large windows offered breathtaking views of Edinburgh Castle and St. Giles. I even enjoyed the bagpipes that played daily, it truly added to the authentic Scottish experience. The functional kitchen allowed me to prepare my own cup of tea while enjoying the view. The only slight drawback was the worn-out stairs leading up to the flat, but it was worth it for the connection to the past. I highly recommend this hotel for its history, location, and charm!

We got great value for our money with a spacious and clean apartment furnished with everything we needed. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to all the major attractions. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and even gave us a bottle of Prosecco as a gesture of apology for a few minor inconveniences we experienced.
The only thing that could make the morning meal better would be adding more variety to the breakfast options.

The apartment was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities such as a dishwasher, washer/dryer, and a well-equipped kitchen. The central location was perfect, with easy access to pubs, restaurants, and tourist attractions. The views from the apartment were fantastic, offering a glimpse of the city's charm.
The stairs leading up to the apartment were quite challenging, especially for those with heavy luggage or physical limitations. specific information about the apartment, such as the need to turn on the water heater for hot water, could have been communicated better.
